We have developed our Learner Support Service to provide you with outstanding support to make the course a success in your organisation. ReadQuick will assign an educational consultant who will act as a Mentor for learners who register via email or phone. Milestone motivationLearners contact Readquick P/L at the outset of the course to discuss their learning plan and goals. They are assigned a mentor who will help and guide them during and after the course. Learners are prompted to contact their mentor in Sessions 3, 5, 8 and 10. We will contact learners if we don't hear from them at expected milestones. We will also support the ReadQuick Director (the person allocated to manage and promote ReadQuick in your organisation), your users and your network technical expert. If you have started the course or are about to start, email us and make yourself known to your mentor.
